Breakfast & Dinner - a culinary highlight in Mayrhofen!

No  matter if breakfast or dinner - the food is definitely one of the most crucial criteria for everyone when going on holidays. And that is right, when else should you take your time to eat in no hurry and really feast if not on holidays? But not only the food, also the atmosphere makes a difference and that is why we have invested in a completely new dining room for our guests in autumn 2016.

And the spoiling at Hotel Brücke in Mayrhofen starts already in the morning. The generous breakfast buffet  leaves nothing to be desired. For a good and sporty start in the day our omelette station with fresh omelettes and all sorts of different egg dishes, but of course there are already the right delights for all sweet tooth's.

And a whole day spend in the Zillertaler Alps, either by hiking in summer or skiing in winter, leaves everyone quite hungry. And so we dish up for you! If you have booked your stay including half board than also the 5-course dinner is included. To boost your energy and your vitamin deposit we prepare a daily salad buffet as well as starters and soups. If you are a meat lover or a vegetarian - we have the right main course for everyone. As your probably burned a lot of calories that day already with hiking or skiing a dessert should not be missed out. Our patisserie loves to surprise you with different treats and help yourself at the ice cream station.

 And after so many delicacies it is time to help your stomach with a original Zillertaler "Schnapps". We have a huge variety of different regional Schnapps, fine wines, whiskeys and many other treasures in our wine cellar, enjoy yourself and have a good time!

And of course we do not only provide the our hotel guests with all those services, we also offer them to the guests from our Alpenchalets Brücke. So if there is no time to cook then you can just come over to our hotel and let us spoil you!

What do we serve you?

Well, you are what you eat - this is our chef's motto! And that is why we focus on high quality food and especially on regionality. Some of the dairy products as well as meat products are from our own farm in Ginzling, they get produced up there and then processed by our chefs and then they land directly on our plate. All the other products that we have to buy, we purchase from local partners, where we have a long business relationship already. Here we know that their interest in delivering the best quality is the same than ours.

A good conscience by heart makes a good feeling in our bellies!
